The United States Police Defensive Tactics Association (USPDTA) International Division
The foreign branch has nine (9) specific postings for each foreign branch:

Resident Ambassador

This is a diplomatic official accredited to a foreign sovereign or government, or to an international organization, to serve as the official representative of his or her own country and is one who resides within the country to which (s)he is accredited. This person has a combination of political acumen, regional expertise, and leadership ability that them to serve as Ambassador.

Non-Resident Ambassador

Does not reside within the country to which (s)he is accredited but lives in a nearby country. Thus, a resident ambassador to a country might at the same time also be a non-resident ambassador to one or more other countries; this may be phrased as “Ambassador to” … “with concurrent accreditation to” another country.

Educational Ambassador

Is a diplomatic official accredited to a foreign sovereign or government, or to an international organization, to serve as the official representative providing sources of educational information and/or programs of study to and for the development of Defensive Tactics, Executive Protection, Criminology, Martial Arts Studies, Law Enforcement, Military Tactics and Operations and Control of Workplace Violence.

Minister

This individual is granted this position by the Ambassador and is required to be the Representative of one of the following programs of study – Defensive Tactics, Executive Protection, Criminology, Martial Arts Studies, Law Enforcement, Military Tactics and Operations and Control of Occupational Violence.

Diplomat

This is an office designated to an individual by the Ambassador to represent them in endeavors when the Ambassador is not available.

Country Representative

This is a posting that requires an individual to be actively engaged in a program of study providing education in Defensive Tactics, Executive Protection, Criminology, Martial Arts Studies, Law Enforcement, Military Tactics and Operations and Control of Occupational Violence.

Organizational Representative

This is a posting that is provided to the Head Master or President of a foreign based organization representing Defensive Tactics, Executive Protection, Criminology, Martial Arts Studies, Law Enforcement, Military Tactics and Operations and Control of Occupational Violence.

Style Representative

This is a posting only for a Head Master of a martial arts system or their appointee.

Cultural Ambassador

In a less formal sense, is a title given to a person used for high-profile non-diplomatic duties of various entities, mainly cultural and charitable organizations, often as willing figure heads to attract media attention, e.g. film and pop stars makes appeals to the public at large for USPDTA activities.
